Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I (Boon Fay, who runs The Six-Pack Stack) collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: I use your information to coach you and email you. I never sell it.

What I collect

Contact details: your name, email address and phone number
Your answers: what you enter in the Stack Score, the application, the intake form and your check-ins. This can include your age, height, weight, goals, food, training, supplements, and any health conditions, injuries or medications you choose to tell me about.
Progress photos you send me during coaching
Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by the payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.
Email activity: whether you open my emails or click links in them
Basic site analytics: anonymous page visits through Vercel Analytics, which doesn't use cookies

To take payment and keep records
To improve my products and content

Health information is only used to make your plan safe and effective, and it's only seen by me.

The app

If you use the Six-Pack Stack app, it also stores your quiz answers, your plan, the workouts you log, your daily steps and protein, your check-ins and progress photos, and your questions to Stack. Steps come from your iPhone's motion sensor only if you allow it. If you join the steps leaderboard, other members see your first name and weekly steps, nothing else. Your photos are private to you (and me, if you're a coaching client).

Stack is the app’s AI: your question and the parts of your plan it needs are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the AI, so it can answer.

You can delete your account and everything in it anytime: You tab → Delete my account.

Who I share it with

Only the services that run this business:

Kit (email, forms and checkout), which stores your contact details and form answers
Kit's payment partners, to process payments
Vercel, which hosts this website
WhatsApp, if you message me there
Supabase, which stores your app account and app data
Anthropic, which powers Stack, the Six-Pack Stack AI
Apple and RevenueCat, if you subscribe in the app

I don't sell, rent or trade your information. I'll share it with someone else only if the law requires it.

Emails

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll stop getting marketing emails right away. Clients still get coaching messages while their program is active.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you're on my list or a client, plus up to 2 years after for records. Progress photos are deleted within 90 days of your coaching ending, unless you've given me written permission to share them.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete your information at any time. Email bfay@boonfay-pt.com and I'll do it within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and I extend them to everyone.

Kids

This site and program are for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
